Turnaround Time: Projects using calligraphy handwriting only will be completed in about 2 weeks. Custom projects will be completed within 3-4 weeks, depending on scope of project. Please contact me for a specific time quote. My turnaround time varies depending on the number of projects I am working on. I do work on a tight schedule during wedding season. Please allow extra time if booking during these times as my turnaround can change a lot and delays are common.
Rush Orders: I am currently not accepting rush orders.
Sample Mailing: I can mail you a sample of different styles, please email me to request and specify which handwriting styles you are interested in. Also check out my Etsy page, where all my samples are available for purchase.
Shipping Methods: If you do not live within the greater Sacramento region, you may ship your materials to me to complete your project. I generally use USPS priority mail with tracking to ensure your materials arrive safely. Most projects ship for $7-$14. Expedited shipping is available, but there will be a higher cost. Poems and wedding vows will ship via FedEx only in round mailers, $20+. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges.
Extra Envelopes/Materials: Since mistakes do sometimes occur, please submit 15% extra materials to account for any mistakes or paper flaws that may occur. I usually reserved a small number of extra envelopes for additions or changes to your guest list. The remaining unused materials will be returned to you.
Payment: After we have discussed your project and you are ready to send your materials, you will also need to send a $25 deposit to reserve a place on my schedule. The remaining balance will be paid when the project is completed and before I ship back to you. I will not ship or release any work without full payment. I accept Paypal, certified checks, personal checks (for deposits only), or cash if you are paying in person. Please do not mail cash.
